Blink and you'll miss it, but this apparently nondescript little bar one of Madrid's gems. Seemingly unaffected by the passage of time, dusty bottles and casks line the walls of the dim, dark interior.

The only drink on offer is sherry (try the fino or manzanilla) accompanied by a plate of olives or some manchego cheese.
