Michelin-starred restaurant run by celebrity chef David Muñoz. The emphasis is on presentation, creativity and innovative tastes. Prices are not for the faint-hearted, however, with the menus costing between €150 and €250.

If this is all too much, you might want to try a sample at the StreetXO, a more casual outlet on the top floor of El Corte Inglés on Calle Serrano, where you can try some of the delicious miniature dishes at a slightly lower price.
